Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments booked through this website are subject to our scheduling policies. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. Superbills are provided for patients seeking reimbursement from their PPO plans.
